Commerce Department Staff Achievements 2013-14

Mr.N.VijayakumarParticipated one day workshop on the Companies Act 2013-14 & Emerging Capital Markets organized by the Institute of Company Secretary of India, Chennai held on 14-02-13.
Mr.N.Vijayakumar and Mr.G.S.DhivaParticipated and presented a paper titled “A study on factors responsible for change in Rupee Value” organized by Ranipettai Engineering College, Vellore on 19-09-2013 (National Level Conference).
Mr.N.Vijayakumar and Mr.G.S.DhivaParticipated and presented a paper titled “Foreign Exchange Risk Management” organized by Sri Ganesh School of Business Management on 25-02-2014 (International Conference).
Mr.N.VijayakumarPublished a research paper in Asian Research Journal (AJMR) Haryana, India on 15-12-2013 (CSR activities in Pharmaceutical Industries in India).
Mr.N.VijayakumarOrganized 3 days Entreprenurial Development Programme (EDP), in our premises for the benefit of our students was participated in the month of July 2013.
Mrs. S.DhanalakshmiOrganized the students to take part in various events held at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Thirupachur on 07-03-2014.

Commerce Department Students Achievements 2013-14

1. B.Com. second and final year students took part in various events conducted by Galaxy Institute of Management, Tambaram on 09-02-2014.
2. Our B.Com. & M.Com. students participated in Entrepreneurial Development Programme (EDP) conducted by Jaya College of Arts and Science. Students took part in the events conducted also 2 students won 2nd prize - Blood Brothers (second year students)
3. Our final year students participated in Paper Presentation in D.R.B.C.C.C.Hindu College in March 2014.
4. Final year students were participated in Paper Presentation held at Sindhi College in March 2014.
5. Our final year students took part in various events conducted by Jei Mathajee College of Engineering, Kancheepuram in February 2014.
6. Our students took part in Various events held at Sri Venkateswara College of Engineering, Thirupachur and won
1st Prize – Group Dance (second and final year students)
3rd Prize – Rangoli (M.Com. 1st year students)
